1 Return Eligibility
Custom products are non-refundable unless there is a defect in the product or an error on our part. For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
2 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@zgodacreations.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3 Refunds
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
4 Exchanges
